We were established in Croatia in August 2019. Okan d.o.o is a link between fabric producers and sailmakers, offering competence consultancy in the fabric range and assurance of the development and permanent improvements of the materials according to customers' needs.

We aim to set up a new business, acting in Europe and worldwide, discovering thriving markets and reliable partners to collaborate on downwind sail fabrics and producing sails, spinnakers, gennakers, and other boat covers.

We are a primary Porcher SPORTS EasySails Spinnaker Fabrics distributor in 15 countries.

We supply and work with all sorts of technical textiles with the finest precision and the highest quality standards.

We provide consultation services on using technical fabrics and selecting suitable materials and construction methods for your projects and products.

We produce downwind sails, marine equipment, parachutes, paragliders and balloons.

We have state-of-the-art laser cutters and provide precision laser-cutting services.

We provide our knowledge services to help with custom projects, new product development and production.

Aleksandr Kurbeko

I have been active in sailing and coaching for 35 years. For 10 years, I was a coach in the Olympic class Laser, where we had a few Ukrainian champions. I have also worked for 20 years in the sailmaking industry. I started with a local Ukrainian company in Kherson, UASailmaker. Later, I was transformed into UKSailmaker Ukraine.
